After the Membership Chairperson has received the application, two letters of recommendation, and application fee, the nominee’s name will be placed on the Association’s wait list.
When the nominee becomes number one on the waiting list and a vacancy develops (when active membership of the Association falls below 110), the prospective member will be contacted about the status of their membership application.
Following a vote from the Board of Directors, the prospective member will be contacted and offered a full membership. Upon receipt by the Club Treasurer of payment in the amount of $1,000.00 (membership fee of $1,250.00 less the initial deposit of $250.00), the nominee will become an ‘active’ member.
New members are asked to familiarize themselves with the rules and policies of the club, and double check that their contact information on file is current so that they don’t miss out on great events and other important communications.
Contact membership chairperson Karissa Adams for more information.
